"Convenient to all kinds of amenities, including hike and bike, trail, fire, stone stadium, Aldi, food, store, main post office, easy access, and egress to Akron interstate highway system I accept community guidelines as required "

"I lived in this area for three years and really enjoyed it because it was convenient to fire stone stadium, hiking bike, trail, numerous grocery and small stores all the store close by where I did most of my shopping. Convenient to the main post office in downtown Akron. I can bike trail ghost towns in Canal Fulton that up to Cleveland. Goes by Summit lake which is very picturesque. The pictures are outdated. The house is been all redone inside new kitchen new bathroom new paint very convenient to different highway systems not much traffic on the street so you don’t have to worry about your dog or children getting hit by cars. I do miss the neighborhood."

"we've lived here for 3 yrs as people come and go the neighbor chances right now people are inconsiderate blast there music and party at all hours never mind the people not living on the system and go to work everyday "

"always watch your kids. don't allow them to take the bus alone or go to the parks alone. there is also a lot of drama down there and a lot of arguing between people family members and Neighbors"

"I don't really like this area. people do not speak to each other and I sure don't feel safe going outside at night time. we have since decided to move out of this area not only for safety but for a better community"

"I would not raise a family here. I don't feel safe at night being outside alone. Just seems there is a shooting every few days and violence is out of control. My family is looking to move away from here."

"its quiet at times. its not to bad of a neighborhood. juat depends on what type of neighborhood you arelooking for. lots of people around me have kids and there are also parks near by."

"my neighborhood has close access to multiple public transportation stops. Close to a grocery store, close to multiple corner convienent stores. The toxic tenants that have occupied some homes are being weeded out and the neighborhood is being more and more peaceful. There is always a block party for multiple occassions/ holidays."
