    "Onondaga limestone, great small farms, mountain view’s, access to good locally produced food, abundance of hiking trails, nice villages and small cities nearby, close enough to go to NYC on a day trip. Four seasons of nearby sports like skiing, cross country skiing, horseback riding or swimming. Lots of wildlife."

    "Lots of space to run around in. Plenty of critters to bark at. Unfortunately there is a lot of ticks to worry about. Most of the people here are dog friendly and some stores allow dogs to come inside whether or not they are service animals."

    "Full time living or as a retreat from the stress of the big city, the High Falls area is a perfect place to live. Family friendly and open to people of all sorts, the community is welcoming and filled with interesting people from all over. There 4-season entertainment and recreation near by with restaurants from diners to high end fine cooking. The Shawangunks, the Catskills, the Mohonk Preserve, great schools from preschool to higher ed, the area has it all."
