"Across the street from Tudor City Park and UN. Near Grand Central Station, Bryant Park and Times Square. Near NYU and Bellevue hospitals. Near AMC Lowes movie theatre. Quietest place in Manhattan. Safe too with lots of police patrols. Dog friendly. Be in the heart of everything and in walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Supermarkets here aren't that great though and they are expensive. "

"Not many good playgrounds in the area. Central Park is the closest park and it’s far to walk there. Need a cab or uber."

"I've lived here for over 40 years. It's convenient and offers restaurants, shopping, entertainment within a few blocks. Religious? Churches, synagogues, abound. Proximity to the UN promotes ethnic diversity."
