"Lots of people own dogs here. Everyone knows each other’s dogs name and how they are doing. People keep their property tidy "

"We don’t have any community events. I don’t know any communities that do. I have lived here for 25 years. "

"Friendly! Many dogs being walked, respectful neighbors! It’s s quiet neighborhood. The only reason I wouldn’t walk any distance is that I was in NY and Miami and anything can happen."

"I have lived here for almost 20 years.overall it's a great part of town. except the basements flood out around here had to install. check valve at the main sewer line and dual sump pumps along with a french drain. other than that it's a quite part of town close to schools. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 25 years. It's chock full of schools, colleges, churches and two major hospitals, but very residential in nature, particularly full of 1920s and 30s bungalows . Houses are small over here for the most part, though as you move uptown there are some expanded ranches. Busy traffic on the main roads when schools and state offices let out, but the side streets are quiet and treelined. Lots of older folks and young couples with kids, young lawyers, doctors, teachers, and nurses."

"I have lived in this area for 9 years and absolutely love it. Very safe and friendly; dog walking all around; concerned neighbors; police vigilance. "
