"The Lark Street Festival and other festivals held in Washington Park (ie: Tulip festival) are all pretty unique and do contribute to a sense of community if not with the neighborhood, then with the city as a whole. "

"There’s a dog park nearby and of course Washington Park making it very friendly for pets. Owners are courteous of others and pick up after their dogs. "

"This neighborhood has amazing views in the park and surrounding "old Albany" architecture with plenty of access to churches, Capital District events, food, fun, grocery, bus lines. It is very safe and welcoming."

"This neighborhood is very easy access/within five minutes walking distance, you get to groceries stores, bars, clubs, Albany medical facilities, Huge parks with lake, restaurant of all cultures, Albany library, and federal buildings. "

"There are so many places to walk to downtown and always some event happening. There is a supermarket and tons of restaurants. The people who live here are nice and it’s a great place to live and work."
