"Need to keep dogs on leashes. People need to pick up after their dogs! Some people need to teach dogs not to run towards kids."

"Public transportation just gets better and better on the strip and downtown. With the loop coming to the strip, airport, neighboring communities and downtown this is a game changer! "

"It’s quiet, very quiet. Safe. And a family neighborhood. I feel the folks stick to themselves unless they know you, but I am VERY happy living here."

"Horrible it be a lot of police everyday All day sad but true a a lot of gang baggers I wouldn’t recommend others to move here"

"There’s quite a few dogs that are let out in their backyards and are often triggered by other dogs being walked. A lot of barking is heard but mostly just throughout the daytime. If you see people walking their dogs AND they pick up after them when they poo, please don’t give them dirty looks. At least they’re cleaning as they go and not leaving the droppings there. "

"I've lived here for a little less than a year and I enjoy it. there are good restaurants around, although not as many as other parts of the city, but it's very accessible to the freeway and public transport, as well as walking distance to a lot, as well."

"I've been here over a year, Kids on skateboards/scooters they play in the trash bins & use grocery carts to jump locked gates to swim in the closed (padlocks are cut) pool day to night. There's no quiet time. It's the worst HOA anywhere. I'm going to go elsewhere. Additionally, I pay more than the people with rental vouchers that pile 14+ people into 1 unit. The kids damage and climb on covered parking . The problem is that the residents don't comprehend the verbiage of the "CC&R's" Thus how can they agree to them in a lease? If you can define " boisterous "? Then you don't belong. Good Luck with parking wars , drug and alcohol addicts that send the children to the pool with no adult escorts to watch them. The pool water is rarely cleaned and the it's used as a toilet for those using it. There's no bathroom unlocked anywhere & there are 3 pools. The diapers are a real turn off. Filthy mouthed young kids."

"The minute you drive thru the gates you can feel the temperature drop.Lush lawns, mature trees, manicured lawns and so quiet. A Brick walk path for jogging with your dog, so secure and maybe 4-5 minutes to Las Vegas Strip, you'd never know! Love mature manicured bushes around the pools for privacy. Paradise! "
