"People don’t clean up after their dogs so lots of feces lying around. I’m not sure if that is a pro or con for dog owners but it is not nice for residents."

"The commute isn’t terrible but drivers anywhere in Las Vegas are bad. Right around my home there are a lot of people walking and hanging out on street corners, so you really need to watch out for erratic people as well as cars."
- Krystal G.

"Hardly anyone picks up after their dogs. I suppose that means some dog owners would be glad they can get away with not picking up after theirs. Other people might be concerned about their pooch getting into so much feces from disreputable sources."

"Dog owners would appreciate this area seems to be dog friendly...some small parks around here...not sure about dog parks but I'm sure there is one. I currently do not have one, but maybe soon."

"I moved into this neighborhood in early 2013, after selling my semi custom home. This home is considerably larger although I do miss my third of a acre that I previously had. The biggest moving factor for was that I wanted to get away from CC&R's, as I believe they are a big rip off ( IMHO ). This area is really great for shopping and social / nightlife, with lots of great places to eat. Also nothing but shops, shops, shops !! Also if ever needed there is a local bus route and schools close by. The biggest minus is that although the area is family oriented / friendly there are pretty much ZERO parks, and a drive is needed."

"Very unsafe area. I had to move out of the neighborhood due to increased crime and gang violence. Stay away!"
