The real estate market in Albuquerque has tightened in terms of inventory year-over-year, with a 7.33 percent decline in number of homes for sale between 2014 and 2015. In addition, the average list price increased, from $227,460 to $232,227, over the 12-month stretch. Although prices improved slightly, small increases represent a healthy overall market, which is positive for future buyers who plan to sell down the road.
