"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years, The location is unique in that your not more then 2 miles away from just about anything you could possibly want, such as; 5 major grocery stores, 2 Dry cleaners, more then a dozen Restaurants, Hospitals, Urgent cares, Dentist offices, Doctors offices, Hardware stores, Walmart, 2 Pet stores, 3 Schools, a Fire station, and a Golf course to name just a few. If you need more, your 15 minutes or less to 2 major shopping malls, more than 100 additional restaurants and two major freeways, (1) North/South, (1) East/West.. "

"It's very quiet and we have great neighbors. They watch our house while we are away and we can take walks without worrying about being robbed or our houses are safe while we are gone."

"The homes are well built and higher quality. They are all different with NO cookie cutters. Our neighbors are friendly and outgoing. Most everyone maintains their homes and lots beautifully with no need for a HOA. Most homes have pools."
