"Dog owners would love our neighborhood. Lots of sidewalks and open space to walk your dog. Also, we do not have a lot of stray dogs in our areas which is good."

"substantially lower cost per square foot for Real Estate in the Marlborough Districts as compared to Tower Homes and other subdivisions which are adjoining Marlborough to the West. I find it hard to believe someone would pay almost $300,000 for a Tudor style home on 72nd and Holmes when the same home can be had 6 blocks east for under $100,000 A good shopper who does a little home work can pick up a home in Marlborough for :$20,000. I personally have purchased two homes in the last thirty days one being a 1960's ranch the other a 1947 Tudor both being in occupiable condition."
