"The best thing about this neighborhood is having a mechanic (Los Altos) and a store (Dorbys) right around the corner within walking distance. However, if you plan to move here I recommend buying and not renting as some landlords are pure slumlords. "

"there are a few local dog parks, lots of dog friendly neighbors, there are only 2 local dog vets, and only 1 local dog groomer. overall a nice neighborhood and dog friendly place. not all areas are nice. the entire southwest zone is slowly becoming a better place for it's residents and visitors! "
