"A pool, Neighborhood watch program, nice people. There are bike and walking lanes on the main road. There are two ponds to fish, picnic and play. There are many playgrounds in the area. It is close to schools, shopping, places of worship."

"The main roads are never backed up with traffic when I commute to work. Going over the bridge can be congested in the afternoon because of the base but once it clears it’s good to go."

"It is near shopping, restaurants, and movie theater. Many are within walking distance of the development. A new entrance is under construction that will make it easy to enter and exit the development even in peak traffic times from the Navy base."

"the wonderful people and their wonderfulbpersonalities make my neighborhood unique in the best way ever "

"The neighborhood is GREAT with older established homes from higher end on the water to lower end. the downside is most wiring is above ground, hilly and dimly lit with little to no sidewalks so if you get speeders or people not paying attention to families or walkers on streets their could be problems. Police live in neighborhood, crime not a huge problem as neighbors watch out for each other and stay a long time with little turn=over. "

"Live here - quiet neighborhood, close to schools, rescue/fire department - 5 minutes to Patuxent River NAS"

"Schools are awsome! Summer fun with playgrounds, tennis, and community pool."
