"The history of Pocasset is amazing. All houses built in the 1800’s. Barlow’s beach is so close. We conveniently keep our boat right down at Barlow’s. "

"The real benefit here is being just over the Bourne Bridge, near the water, and NOT dealing with the usual Cape traffic! This is a HUGE bonus!"

"I live in Pocasset been here since July '02 love the area nice and quite. 5 min to Bourne Bridge 10 min to Sagamore Bridge, 10 min to Falmouth Hospital. 3 min to post office and Pocasset country market best meats around they even sell meat packs."
