Downtown offers a variety of experiences for those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere and spending time outdoors. Finding things to do is very easy in this part of the municipality. The streets are very often busy with people, a wide selection of entertainment venues can be found nearby, and with its approximately 30 bars, there are options for nighttime activities. Main streets, including Broad Street, are wonderful for those who like going out. Green spaces are very well-situated and there are about 30 of them close by for residents to discover, making them very easy to get to.

What kinds of homes are available in Downtown?

Roughly two thirds of the units in the neighborhood are occupied by renters whereas the remainder are occupied by owners. In this area, the vast majority of dwellings are large apartment buildings, but small apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock. Roughly one third of properties in this part of the municipality were built prior to the 1960s, while most of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s. Notably, this neighborhood is good for those looking for one bedroom homes.

In this neighborhood, locals will typically be able to reach primary as well as high schools on foot. Regarding eating, a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a very short walk away in Downtown.
