"We have fireworks during July that are just off the park. Also the park has an amazing event in October called jack o lantern fest. Family friendly and fun! "

"We are located in a really beautiful area, with nature trees and a cobblestone street. You can see the capitol building from the front yard - and the location is perfect for work or going shopping."

"We are visiting Springfield, staying with friends who live on this street. I am enjoying the neighborhood. It is safe to take an evening walk. Washington Park is very close by. The houses and yards are maintained very well. People walk their dogs too. If we were in the market to move to Springfield I would be looking to buy in this area."

"Due to a promotion we had to move to Chicago two years ago. I really miss our neighborhood. It was such a great place to live. When we retire, WE WILL be moving back to the Historic West Side of Springfield. "
