"My commute to school is about 15 minutes to downtown palatka and to work it is about 20 minutes if there is no traffic. Everything is pretty close so it doesn’t take long to get to where you need to go here."

"This is not the place to raise your kids! There is nothing for them to do. The mall is all but run down there are things for toddlers and younger children to do (parks) but even those are iffy at times. "

"The Ravine State Garden is right in my front yard. Nice neighborhood and not high volume traffic. Close to high school football and baseball stadiums as well as the river front is literally right around the corner."

"l've lived here for 9 years in this neighborhood it's quiet more people i no my friend and family live close by i can walk to their house but different people are moving now in our neighborhood and it is not quiet any more it time for me to move."

"I have lived in many places, in my life, but none quite as quaint as Palatka. my neighborhood is very quiet, neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. I have been away on travel and come back to packages left on my front porch. We also have a neighborhood watch."

"the historical area and parks are well maintained the river walk is nice too. it's nice sometimes but have to keep your eyes open on your property or gates locked up "
