"I live close to Woodland Acres. It is a varied neighborhood of trailers houses. There are also many different peoples who live in this neighborhood. I would not feel safe living there for myself. There is section 8 housing behind the Elementary school that is there."

"Not having sidewalks, people don’t pick up after their dogs when they use the restroom. There are also people that just let their dogs run around without a leash and you don’t know until you are walking your dog and get attacked. "

It’s a perfect neighborhood for families and couples. The location makes it easy to get to the beach, downtown, or the Town Center. It is a neighborhood I would highly recommend. "
