"I've lived here my whole life. Love the neighborhood. only reason would move is because we are building a new house on my husband land still in the area."

"I think this area is absolutely perfect! Coming from San Diego, this area is away from all the crowdedness and hustle that you would normally find in big areas. There is a peacefulness that surrounds the subdivision. Crime is always rated as minimal. Being so close to the airport (only 5-10 minutes), you never hear the airline traffic. Schools, groceries, and small business restaurants are all within walking distance. River Come.ity Mall is within 5 minutes from home. "
