"All of my neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. The lots are very large and most of the homes are brick with solid construction. There are ice cream socials, Halloween parties on the cul-de-sacs and Santa comes through on the fire tuck at Christmas time. It’s just a great place to live. "
  • Trulia User
"Cinder block homes. Well made. No rushing or cutting corners. Foundations are solid. Sidewalks for walking. "
  • Trulia User
"There are sidewalks on both sides of the street but a lot of people drive too fast. Speed humps could be implemented "
  • Trulia User
"We don’t trim out trees in the front yard so we don’t have to see the shanty across the street. Wish there were more yard rules"
  • Trulia User
"Honestly everyone minds their own business but I feel like that is likely because we are in Arlington"
  • Trulia User
"I am not sure. We do not own a pet. We’ve seen other neighbors walk their dogs. Seem happy enough."
  • Trulia User
"Been here 5 years. Most of the people around are fine others wish they were renters and would live. The people flying down the road is a big problem.! "
