Beach Haven is fairly good for those who enjoy quiet areas, as the streets are generally peaceful. It is rather difficult to get to parks from many locations within the neighborhood since they are spread out sporadically. Despite that, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to unwind in.

What kinds of homes are available in Beach Haven?

In Beach Haven, roughly 45% of dwellings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings and small apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock. This neighborhood offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy about 70% of the dwellings in the neighborhood whereas the remainder are rented. Most of the housing growth in this part of the city happened between 1990 and 2000.

What are the schools, restaurants and shopping like in Beach Haven?

Locals may consider it difficult to get to high schools and primary schools on foot. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools.
