"it's pretty safe, very quiet neighborhood. schools are all around the neighborhood to pick from. public transportation is also convenient. store and restaurants are also close by. I would recommend anybody to this neighborhood. temporarily or permanent. "

"Good for dog families to find friend families for them to play. Most of the dogs there are playful so they don’t really have no problem bonding with kids and other families with dogs "

"Commute is very easy. Bus stops are 5-10 min walk very easy to find and accessible. Love it here can’t wait to purchase a home."

"I grow up in neighborhood A lot of the neighbors has passed on and left the house for their children their children have children neighborhood is somewhat still nice Lotta people take care of the property but there’s a whole new generation in the neighborhood which hangs around blue Hills Avenue which makes the neighborhood sometimes not safe area a little like dangerous sometimes you hear gunshots a lot of cookouts,a lot of neighbors partying and the partying last after 12 Min night I don’t call it unique"

"it is quite for the most part. don't have to worry about too much negitve things in the neighborhood. lived here for two years and I'm happy and content."
