"This area is great for dogs, there’s so many trails that are accessible with dogs and there’s lots of dog parks just about 45 mins away around manitou and Colorado Springs! Definitely recommend bear creek dog park!"

"I use private transportation, the only public transportation there is around here would be the Taxi service, which you would have to call about an hour or two in advance. "

"honestly not many, we just keep to ourselves. That's possibly what I like about this neighborhood and community. The events are in the surrounding major towns. "

"There are no sidewalks and children should play in their yards or at local parks. There are great local areas to hike, climb and explore."

"I do not have to commute; I am retired. Ten minute drive to grocery store; 20 minute drive to larger town with other amenities...all through the mountains on two lane paved road. "

"It's beautiful, it stays relatively cool in the summer and is relaxing. I done care for living here though. If the house was different maybe. But I REALLY don't like being at least 30 min from anything! "
