"Fun area but can be randomly sketchy. But overall a safe neighborhood for being so close to downtown. There are parks, but most often the parks are used by couples to take there dogs too rather then for children to meet friends. "

"This neighborhood is very up and coming! It’s wonderful being so close to Sloan’s lake and Jefferson park. There’s also tons of restaurants, bars and breweries near by ."

"Close to downtown with a quiet neighborhood vibe. It’s safe to call home, has bars and restaurants, as well as open park space to relax and run the dog. It’s the perfect balance of vibrant activity and slower pace."
