"this neighborhood has great public transportation and getting downtown via bus or train is relatively quick and easy in comparison to driving which can be a little bit more problematic depending on the time of day. even driving is relatively convenient to the fact that we are near 10 Freeway and 405"

"I commute on my own to century City, driving around three miles through Cheviot Hills and taking anywhere from ten to twenty five minutes. Commuting to downtown can be hearty but it’s easy if you take the expo line. "
