"There are many families in my old neighborhood, well maintained and most people pickup after themselves. Get to know your neighbors as they will have a conversation with you if you move there. They would also want to know if you are a personable person and help maintain a safe environment. "

"There are some movie nights at the local schools and fireworks in the neighborhood on most weekends. I like the people who seem to be friendly and peaceful. A lot of people can be seen walking in the morning. "

"The neighborhood is honestly not that great. The sidewalks are plagued with cars that almost never move, so unless you’re in a parking lot where you live, you’re lucky. There’s loud cars that drive up and down the street every single night and it’s exhausting and frustrating. Don’t live here."

"My building is new but the surrounding areas outside the building is very dirty. I’ve lived in worse neighborhoods so it’s not really a big deal for me but I wouldn’t recommend living here like it’s the best neighborhood. Schools are a no for me that’s why I will be leaving. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 19 years. I understand it isn't the best, it isn't the most beautiful, and it definitely isn't the best with demographics. However, compared to LA or other cities, this is actually a really decent neighborhood."
