"Work from home but there is easy access to the 110, 5, and 2. You can just as easily get to downtown in 15mins, or north to the mountains for a hike, or to hip areas in silver lake, echo park and highland park."

"Love retiring at night and waking up to trees, scurrying Squirrels, waddling Opposums w/ views of un-developed land, with a drive down the hill to a thriving metropolis. Families walk together at night, runners work-out without the hazards of negotiating traffic. What could be better?"
