"Very friendly and respectful neighbors. Nice walking paths and natural landscapes. People wave to you and there is a yearly block party that the neighborhood sponsors. It feels very safe and well lit. This is a great neighborhood and the homes are maintained. "

"Drivers speed on Chevy Chase and Sinclair due to lack of stops and signals. Ranch market near by is overpriced and produce is not fresh. "

"People walk their dogs all the time. It is very pet friendly. Pet owners do need to mind the dogs droppings and respect neighbors property. "

"great neighborhood. super mellow. everyone is friendly. it is quietly tucked away just outside of the main city of Glendale. lots of hillside views. great for families. "
