"My commute is very easy and clean. The bus stations that they have out here are very well kept and lit. The only issue with the transit commute in this area is how long it takes you to get somewhere like Downtown or the beach. It’s a long ways away, but the commute is pleasant."

"We don’t really have community events. I currently live with my parents and the area in which we live in, Coast Hills in Chula Vista, is extremely suburban. Everyone is friendly and neighbors are extremely pleasant. Area is quiet, except for the occasional howling of coyotes who live in the mountains adjacent to our residential area. "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years. The streets are quiet. It is very safe and the schools are excellent. We know our neighbors well and it's a great place to raise a family. People are always walking their dog. Parks, shopping and restaurants are nearby."
