I have heard a lot of negative about East Rochester but it is mainly people saying oh i would never live in East Rochester. Does anyone have any reasons why? I know the school district isnt the greatest in the area but i'd love any other reasons why or why not someone would consider buying in East Rochester. Thanks in advance

Tue, 15 Apr 2008 17:38:10 PDT

Why are the prices of homes so low, but taxes are so high in East Rochester?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Home_Buying/Why_are_the_prices_of_homes_so_low_but_taxes_are_-88714

East Rochester

Sat, 14 Feb 2009 15:34:52 PST
