<![CDATA[What is a Buyer's Agent?]]>A Buyer Partner (also known as a Buyer’s Agent) is your representative throughout the process of searching for and purchasing a home. A Buyer Partner does not have listings or a relationship with a Seller, so their main job is looking out for your best interest and remain 100% on your side. Seller’s hire a Listing Agent and agree to pay that agent a commission, so Buyer’s benefit from this service without paying any fees to the Buyer Partner.
This service, called Buyer Agency, is offered to the clients of The Felicetti Team. Here are some of the benefits of having a Buyer Partner and what we do for you;

-Meet at our office to determine exactly the type of home, location, amount of bedrooms/bathrooms, lot size etc. that you are looking for. Review the forms used and procedures involved with buying a home

-Set you up on an email notification system that provides twice a day updates with new listings and price changes based on your criteria.

-Assist in providing a list of Mortgage Lenders to determine your affordability and price range.

-Set up appointments to view homes that you have interest in. We are able to show you any home listed with other Realtors, New Construction and even For Sale By Owner properties.

-Research properties and provide comparable sales, assist in preparing the offer, present the offer to the Listing Agent and negotiate accordingly.

-Provide a list of qualified home inspectors and accompany you to the Home Inspection. If repairs are needed, present the report to the Seller and negotiate on your behalf.

-Along with the entire Team, provide support and represent you up to, including and beyond final settlement.
