During the inspection there was about 1/2 inch of water in the basement coming from the bottom of the concrete walls.  The sump pump was working well, however one drain was not.  There is no evidence of  rust on the furnace or support poles. Do I have a case on this one to appeal the appraisal, she gave my garage $34/ft and half my living area $50 a square foot.
