Im a bit confused.

Back in March, we were looking at a foreclosure in Valley Center that we were really interested in. We wanted to make an offer, but with a 90 escrow because of our kids being in school until June. Our agent told us she would not do a 90 day escrow because the banks want thier money asap and they would not accept it. Now, when I do a search to try and find out what the house sold for-it still says "pending" or "inactive".

What are the possible scenarios for this? Is it still in escrow? Did the bank take it off the market? Are they dragging thier feet on the paperwork? Is it going to auction? After being told banks don't want long escrows- Im really interested in learning more about this. Is it true? Have things changed that much in the last 3 months?
Thanks for any help!

Wed, 18 Jun 2008 10:19:27 PDT

where are the Valley View Estate homes located?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Home_Buying/where_are_the_Valley_View_Estate_homes_located_-172106

Fri, 16 Oct 2009 17:29:21 PDT

Is it time for me to find a new realtor?
