Need names of reliable real estate agents and % commission or selling fee they are asking for. We have a 1950's 4 bed, 1 1/2 bath cape cod, needs a little TLC, we are currently looking for handyman to touch-up and do cosmetic stuff. My husband and I agree on moving to palos heights or area of oak lawn between 111th - 105th west of Cicero. Need 4 bed 2 1/2 bath newer say 1960's and up. MLS #s 06842718,06822583 or 06754537 are just the kind of homes I'm looking for. My preference is palos heights and I will be the contact person as my husband can be difficult to deal with. I also feel we may have an easier time if the real estate agent is a is knowledgeable, and a no nonsense type individual as my husband has a tendency to become upset if he feels like you're dishonest or pulling the wool over his eyes, i.e., fast-talking car sales man. If you are a real-estate agent or person who can give me info on best realtor to go with, I would appreciate it.

Sat, 12 Apr 2008 11:09:55 PDT
