To top it all off they send you the forms back 4 times and each time mark something different instead of marking all that was needed in the first place then to top that you find a Fedx package on you porch the day after the modification has expired.  So I send it back anyway once again to get it back 3 days later to tell me the modification expired.  Oh I didn't mention that I tried to call several times and to be told the computers are down and to call back in 2-3 hours.  So when I get off work and get home so I can call their closed! Oh I didn't even mention the time I was hung up on and the other time where I stayed on hold so long that the elevator music stopped playing and left me with dead silence.   Of course Countrywide now Bank of America.  Did I mention I was once an employee and was in the mtg business so I feel bad for those not so knowledgeable customers. Help what can I do or should I do?
