We were set to close this Friday, 28 Aug 09. Well Colonial Bank's mortgage has been bought out by BB&T and now their credit requirements have jumped. Colonial was offering anything over 600 where as BB&T wants over 620, even for a VA. We are both sitting at low 600's and have just found out today that our loan can no longer be approved! Since everything had been pre-approved we were told to make sure all utilities were transferred into our name for the date of close. We did all of that, and now our bank accounts have nothing in them because we have given all earnest money, deposits, and purchased things for the home. We have already given our notice to our apartment that we were moving and set up all disconnections of service. Does anyone know of any lenders that are still allowing a FICO over 600 for VA loan? Any help is great, and thans in advance

Mon, 24 Aug 2009 14:38:39 PDT

Where are good places to live in the Fort Benning area? The property was probated according to Georgia law and no creditors filed a claim against the estate. The will was probated and settled by the probate court judge. My mother used an attorney and notice was given via the local newspaper for three weeks as well as direct notification to the holder of the security deed. Even so, the bank failed to file a claim. After six months the estate was closed. About a year and a half later the property was disbursed to my mother. Now almost three years later the bank is threatening foreclosure. What is the purpose of the probate process if the creditor can still foreclose? How do you fight a bank that wants to foreclose on property that has a new owner and such owner has not waived their right to judicial foreclosure nor their rights to homestead protection?

Thu, 13 Nov 2008 23:46:56 PST

relocating to columbus ga, where are there cheap rental homes or duplexes or apts

http://www.trulia.com/voices/General_Area/relocating_to_columbus_ga_where_are_there_cheap_r-20274

Sun, 27 Jan 2008 19:46:21 PST

how does one go about buying a foreclosure house in columbus ga?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Home_Buying/how_does_one_go_about_buying_a_foreclosure_house_i-30567

Sat, 12 Apr 2008 13:39:12 PDT

my credit is bad but i can afford to purchase a home. what do i do.?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Financing/my_credit_is_bad_but_i_can_afford_to_purchase_a_ho-26643

Tue, 18 Mar 2008 11:02:05 PDT

Can you make your house pymt go down by paying more on your principal or extra interest pymts?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Foreclosure/Can_you_make_your_house_pymt_go_down_by_paying_mor-14800

Wed, 28 Nov 2007 17:53:41 PST
