The house has a large deck off the kitchen, a heated work room off the garage, 4 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a den, a large living room, separate dining room, and kitchen. The driveway is newly paved and the heating system is only one year old. We'd like to know what price we can reasonably expect to sell this for in our area. We don't want it to stay on the market forever, but can wait a reasonable amount of time to get the best price possible.

Wed, 5 Nov 2008 21:30:44 PST
