I have the issue with the old brick homes expanding and its showing on the exterior. I was thinking of either fixing the brick exterior or just doing a stucco exterior. I am planning to sell at least within 2 years and which method is the best reselling value. I heard the good and bad with stucco, but at the same time love the look, but like to see if its worth doing for reselling value. Thanks

Sat, 10 Oct 2009 08:44:24 PDT

How's Tierra Verde comparing to Island Estates in Clearwater?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Curb_Appeal/How_s_Tierra_Verde_comparing_to_Island_Estates_i-161219

Sat, 5 Sep 2009 08:44:12 PDT

CAN YOU SHOW A PICTURE OF 2782 PLEASANT ST DIGHTON, MA?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Curb_Appeal/CAN_YOU_SHOW_A_PICTURE_OF_PLEASANT_ST_DIGHTON_M-8407

CAN YOU SHOW A PICTURE OF THE HOUSE 2782 PLEASANT ST DIGHTON, MA

Sun, 2 Sep 2007 21:08:26 PDT

is rock good on the front of the house to add value?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Curb_Appeal/is_rock_good_on_the_front_of_the_house_to_add_valu-125574

Sun, 17 May 2009 21:49:47 PDT

Can a homeowner tell you not to walk your dog in front of their house? We walk on the curb side grass and I always pick up after him as law requires. I have had several people who see me tell me that I cannot walk him in front of their houses. It makes me question the facts. I understand that the grass next to the sidewalk on the curb side (NOT the grass directly against the house, but on the other side of the sidewalk) is the owners property in that they are responisble for maintenance. But is it their right to say who can and cannot walk by their house? It is frustrating me because if everyone can tell me not to go by their house, where is he supposed to go? I would really appreciate an answer to this because I want to know my rights regarding this situation. Thank you!

Sat, 12 Sep 2009 07:57:08 PDT

When a home has a brand new kitchen does the brand name of the cabinets really matter?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Curb_Appeal/When_a_home_has_a_brand_new_kitchen_does_the_brand-28774

Or do the buyers simply notice that it is a "new" kitchen?
