Meanwhile, the amount of State revenue brought in through income taxes has declined 55% (!) in less than 12 months. Lee McPheters, director of the JPMorgan Chase Economic Outlook Center at Arizona State University, said that "we have the worst large labor market in the country, we are even weaker than Detroit." The State government, in a fiscal crisis, is currently operating under the threat of a shut down non-essential services. This has prompted many to fear significant tax increases in the very near future. Population figures indicate declines. How can one reasonably believe that Arizona's economy and housing market will stabilize by 2012?

Thu, 2 Jul 2009 19:52:54 PDT

Does anyone know any title agents who do double closes in the Phoenix, AZ area?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Home_Selling/Does_anyone_know_any_title_agents_who_do_double_cl-142374

Thu, 2 Jul 2009 15:16:14 PDT

how do I decide if a neighborhood is decent?

http://www.trulia.com/voices/General_Area/how_do_I_decide_if_a_neighborhood_is_decent_-142283

We found a property in phoenix (85014) which looks nice.
