I have a verified pre-qualification letter for an FHA loan from Bank of America. I have been trying to beat out the investors to purchase a home in the 110K - 130K price range for a month and a half and keep on losing. I think we may have finally found a bank willing to accept our offer. My wife and I both have excellent credit with no problems. My problem is this: Bank of America is telling me that we will need to wait 45 - 60 days for our loan to get approved because of the backlog of government loans. This causes a problem for us because we were expecting to move down the first week of August. Is there anything I can do?

Tue, 30 Jun 2009 14:01:28 PDT

Looking for mortgage broker.

http://www.trulia.com/voices/Financing/Looking_for_mortgage_broker_-141417

Hi,
I have all the documents and forms ready for a mortgage application and now I have to find a bank which would finance my mortgage. I think that my credibility and assets are quite perfect. I would like to use a mortgage broker, since they have contacts to many banks. I need a foreign national mortgage.

1. I`ve heard there is a difference between living IN Rhodes Ranch and AT Rhodes Ranch. Does anyone know the definition of the border. Where is the 24 hr gate.
2. Is there a website for the Rhodes Ranch HOA. I would worry that with all the people moving away that the fees might increase in order to fund the community center and the pool area.
3. There seem to be a lot of houses for sale on Dog Leg Dr near the Rhodes Ranch Recreation Center for sale for about $230,000. Any idea what those homes sold for originally back in the day.
4. Any cons about Rhodes Ranch.
