Supposedly, Green Credit works with DRE "sanctioned" Real Estate attorneys to work directly with the lenders via court orders.  I know there are many lossmitigation and loan modification companies out there that are complete scams and I am calling on Real Estate agents with whom I have a great relationship with and I don't want to risk losing their respect by bringing their clients to a company that is not on the up and up. Days on Zillow: 8
For Sale: $869,900

How could this house be sold at $660k on Sep 16th, 09 and for sale again at $869k on October? Can anyone tell me if this is some sort of mistake?
