Thanks for responding to my question. Here are the details: This is a one bedroom condo located in Waikiki, loan amount (with Chase) is $150,000 with 30 year fix rate of 6.15%. Monthly rent is $1300 (rental property). I'm not sure what the current mortgage rate is, but if somebody can find me a better deal out there then I'd like to refinance.
