The asking price is set at 250, I have a bid at 260 and ill pay closing cost and have a 30 day closing. The selling agent has said we are second best! Im thinking the other bid is about 270 and the agent told us they want the seller to pay closing and have 60 days on their contract to close. Do you think we should increase our offer on the home to at least 270 to ensure we get the house? Do you think the bank will select us? Thanks

Mon, 6 Jul 2009 11:24:40 PDT

Buyer looking for Pre-Foreclosure Homes or Subject to deal

For example, if a house currently on sale is appraised for $700,000 and you buy it for $650,000... do you pay taxes on which value?
