Start looking. Most of the rentals are posted on craigslist. There is housing shortage in our area so make sure to look for newer postings and respond fast.

You should make an offer when you are comfortable with the numbers. A good agent should be working with you not against you.

Yes. Portola Valley still keeping the value. There is no commute . It take 10 min car ride. no freeways.
