Landlord is refusing to release my rental history ( I live in Texas).
You can report it to Department of Commerce in Texas (Local office). They will crack the licensee working on property management and get things straightened out.

most management companies need the date of vacany to provide you with an accurate start and end date. It may be best to supply your lender with canceled rent checks for 1 year, this wo ... more
