It really depends, especailly in today's economic environment, how "hungry" the contractor is. With this break in weather. and considering the slow season for this type of work, December to March, you maybe able to land a good price. Factors such as how heavily wooded , the percolation of the land (lowlands), zoning, Twp clearing regs, etc may also be variables.
I own land just outside Berlin and cleared a 15' by 100' with an additional reopening of a driveway 70' by 12'
high dry land with heavy shrubs and some medium size trees (2, 500 sq ft) for around $600 in about 4 hrs.
Also depends if you want all the debris moved off the land or just placed in a pile to rot?
