We own a home in Sandy Pines Preserve, Phase 1. 1,400 sq. ft. paid $185,000 in 2007, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, etc. Want to sell or rent. Need advice
The rental market is strong right now, might be worth it to do that and wait to sell as long as you can cover your expenses.

In order to short sale you will need to show financial hardship. The fact that you are retired may help but you also own another home. Is that home mortgaged also?
