Most of my sales are 93% list to sale ratio, There are some beautiful waterfront properties in the "Sailing Capitol of the Carolinas" and smart buyers who want to live in a relaxed village without the traffic, crime and violence are more than willing to purchase their piece of heaven here.

Your best bet is to email or call a few othe agents in your area who can easily pull it up on MLS and email you the report so you can see it your self. 700 days sounds crazy as the market has imprioved greatly with a decrease in homes listed and an increase in buyers. The MLS will be the most comprehensive list of lots listed with real estate agents. Owner sold lots may not be listed in the MLS. A real estate agent in the area can send you list of whats available, and usually set you up so that any new listings are sent to you automatically.... more
