The bank owned assets are not always up to date because depending how how the bank sells the asset it might not be repoted. Realty Trac uses vendors to supply the data and the data comes from pubilc records. If the data is not updated timely or realty trac does not display the timely daily, the data could be old. Currently the data in waukesha county last records are from 2/7/09. However, Realty trac is a good data source and I am curently a rep in wisconsin for realty trac.
