A home has a HOA of $180/mo. I thought those fees were associated with condo's.
It could be a site condo. These usually have association fee too! If you'll email me the address I'll be glad to check it for you.

Must Hud homes have a time frame and the bids close after so many days. If they don't accept any of the bids they leave it open to a day to day bid. Hope this helps let me know i ... more
