i have been asked but dont have an answer to: are there any lanlords that will accept poor credit?
There are always landlords willing to accept poor or no credit. You just need to be prepared to put down a larger deposit, show more cash available, or pay higher rent.

Can I buy a home with a credit score of 610.. I am also getting a divorce.will that affect me.?

You can buy with FHA with a 580 credit score, not conventionally. If you go with FHA, your spouses DEBTS will be considered' NOT their credit.
