it looks much more like it is in the mainland than Hawaii. You rarely see gray skies, red brick and gray buildings here except for in downtown area...
You're right. There are no 1 bedrooms for less than $1200 in Waikiki.
The "Concierge" is nonexistent and Waikiki is on electricity, not gas.
